I HAVE A PROJECT VEHICLE AND A THERAPIST. I HAVE TOOLS.

Therapy expands the toolbox. Different problems require different tools, and having a tool isn’t the same as knowing how to use it.

Sometimes practice and guidance are part of learning what works. The goal is healthier tools and better maintenance—not because everything is broken, but because the things that matter deserve maintenance.
